    The Anzac Centenary
    (2014 – 2018) will shine a spotlight on the commitment and sacrifice of those who served in the First World War.

    Across Victoria, there will be a number of commemorative events marking key dates throughout the Centenary.

2018 Armistice Day 300 Poppy Display and Service

11th November, 2018 — 10:45am–12:30pm

Schwerkolt Cottage and Museum Complex
2-10 Deep Creek Road
Mitcham Victoria 3132

An installation of 300 poppies will be installed representing all servicemen and women who served during WW1. The poppies will carry the name of each person who served.

There will be a short service commencing at 10:45am followed by tea and ANZAC biscuits in the Local History Room.

An extensive Collection of memorabilia will be on display and the Museum will be open for visitors to tour the exhibition.
