The Victorian Government was pleased to partner with the Country Women’s Association to deliver the Recipe for Remembrance project during April 2015.
In recognition of the Anzac Centenary, Victorians had the opportunity to come together with others in their local community and celebrate the Anzac Biscuit, whilst learning more about Victoria’s contribution to the First World War.
The project was launched with an event at the CWA Head Office and attended by Victorian Minister for Veterans, the Hon John Eren, Victorian Anzac Centenary Committee Chair, the Hon Ted Baillieu, food personality and Master Chef Host, Matt Preston, CWA State President Dorothy Coombe and Victorian Gallipoli Dawn Service Tour 2015 Representative, Gul Dasta Ali.
